Rush orders for Second Day and Overnight will ship the same day but must be placed before 2PM EST.

Please be aware of how ups/fedex work, If we receive an order on Thursday at 4pm for second day air... the package wont ship until Friday, and you can’t count the day you ship as a day, so the package would arrive on Tuesday. However an order received at noon time on Wednesday, would ship the same day and arrive on Friday with a second day air selection.

The shipping is a fixed, tiered chart, the more you buy the more you pay... these rates are fairly standard. If you feel the rates are in error, or you have a special circumstance, please call.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please call us directly to submit a cancellation within a reasonable number of hours within placing your order to our business phone at 508-485-5511.
Every effort is made to ship our orders promptly, so sometimes within minutes of your order being entered your order is being looked at by a specialist who will then transmit the order to the appropriate warehouse, which might within less than an hour have your order picked and packed and ready to ship.
Cancellations must be made by the person who placed the original order. We must collect the following information via a live phone conversation: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been already shipped out. In the event that a valid cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out afterwards, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including the cost for ground shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund only the merchandise subtotal less shipping costs and restocking fees which apply.
1) You MUST call in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
2) You will be given an RMA# (to place on your packaging) and an address to return your items to... Once items are received in the warehouse, a credit will be issued to the account linked to the RM Note: Customer is resposible for return postage.
3) DO NOT Return your order to Stellar Apparel. ALL Returns will be shipped direct to the manufacturer from which it shipped. 90% of our prodcuts drop-ship from other manufacturers.
4) We have a gracious 90 Day return period - eturns must be postmarked within 90 days of purchase - (no returns/exchanges/refunds after 90 days period.)
Stellar Apparel & Manufactures will not accept returns without prior authorization.
Restocking Fee - Note: Sometimes a15-20% Re-Stock Fee Applies to returned merchandise depending on which manufacturer the product comes from. This does not apply to Exchanges of Size or Color. (Amount Depends on Brand) (Shipping costs are non-refundable) (Shipping to and from are the responsibility of the customer) (Please be sure of what size you are ordering, if you are unsure, give us a call, if we suggest a size, and it's wrong, the shipping is on us!) Your exchange is due to a warehouse mistake.
Most manufacturers that we deal with will do an exchange with no restock fee.

Items that are out of stock:
You will be contacted via phone if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again.
NOTE: Each manufacturer has a different procedure for returning merchandise. It is necessary to call us in advance before you send any items back. Returned items sent back with no RMA number, may be returned to sender, or proper credit may not be applied.
All personal and consumer credit card information submitted through this web site is held strictly confidential within the company, and is stored in a manner which conforms to the highest standards of security for personal information data storage.

All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, which is determined by availability, or vendor, and the time of purchase. Replacement is often used within 30 days after purchase with the same product or like product when direct replacement is unavailable.
Manufacturers sometimes offer additional warranty. Customers should contact the manufacturer after warranty expires.
Customer's artwork files such as .AI or .EPS and also embroidery digitized files (.DST) can be provided by media (CD/DVD) or via E-Mail or provided to a third party you designate for a processing fee of $25.00
Return Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
